Ingredients
2 tbsp
Chia seeds
1 cup
Coconut milk, sweetened
1 tbsp
Cacao powder, raw
1 tbsp
Honey
1/2 tsp
Cinnamon
1 tbsp
Mint, fresh
(minced)
1 cup diced
Pineapple
1 cup cubes
Papaya
1 cup slices
Banana (s)
1 tbsp
Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1 tsp
Cacao nibs, raw
1 tbsp
Coconut, shredded
Instructions
Soak Chia seeds in your choice of non-dairy milk for about 5 minutes
Add cacao powder, honey and cinnamon to chia mixture and stir until well combined
Top with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds. This recipe is completely modifiable for what you may have available to you. This recipe just provides and example.
