1 cup | Coconut oil |
1/2 cup | Tahini |
1/2 cup | Butter, unsalted (cut into cubes) |
1 cup | Cocoa powder, unsweetened |
3 scoop | Whey protein powder, chocolate |
1 tbsp | Cinnamon |
1 pod | Vanilla bean (scraped) |
1 tsp | Sesame seeds (for sprinkling) |
Add coconut oil, tahini and butter in a food processor, mix until fully blended.
Add in the cocoa powder, protein powder, cinnamon and vanilla and blend till smooth.
Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper greased with coconut oil.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over and place in freezer for 3 hours.
Snap the chocolate apart and keep in an airtight container in the freezer.
