1 scoop | Protein Powder, Vega Sport, vanilla (or chocolate) |
1 tsp | Beet powder, Barry Farm Foods |
1 tsp | Almond milk, unsweetened |
1/4 cup | Blueberries |
1/4 cup | Strawberries (chopped) |
1 tbsp | Pomegranate seeds |
Mix together 1/4 cup of yogurt with beet powder and almond milk
Put 3/4 cup of yogurt in a bowl and stir in the protein powder
Top with beetroot yogurt, berries and pomegranate
Enjoy immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
