Ingredients


1 cup Yoso Plain Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
1 scoop Protein Powder, Vega Sport, vanilla (or chocolate)
1 tsp Beet powder, Barry Farm Foods
1 tsp Almond milk, unsweetened
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Strawberries (chopped)
1 tbsp Pomegranate seeds

Instructions


Mix together 1/4 cup of yogurt with beet powder and almond milk

Put 3/4 cup of yogurt in a bowl and stir in the protein powder

Top with beetroot yogurt, berries and pomegranate

Enjoy immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
