60 gm | Rolled oats, dry (or quick oats) |
3 jumbo egg | Egg white (30ml pre-made a Woolies) |
1 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
1/4 tsp | Cinnamon |
1/2 medium | Apple (diced) |
2 tbsp | Greek yogurt, plain, 2% M.F. (or milk-free alternative) |
1 tbsp | Honey, raw |
1. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
2. Microwave for 1 minute and stir everything well.
3. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds and stir everything again.
On the stove
1. Add boiling water to oats and stir.
2. Add the egg whites to the oats and stir in until completely blended in. You will not be able to see it anymore
3. Add cinnamon.
Pour into a bowl, top with apple pieces, honey and lactose-free yoghurt
4. Add any toppings or mix-ins desired!
