Whey protein powder, isolate, vanilla
(Substitute with 4 egg white)
1/2 tsp
Cinnamon
1/2 small
Apple
(diced)
1/3 cup
Raspberries
1 tsp
Honey
1 tbsp
Greek yogurt, plain, 5% M.F., Liberte
(heaped)
Instructions
1. Boil oats as per instructions.
2. Once almost cooked, stir in the protein powder. Alternatively stir in 4 egg whites until a smooth consistency. (You wont taste or see the egg)
2.To do this in the microwave, follow instructions. Then add a splash of water (or milk) and stir in your egg whites or protein powder along with the cinnamon
4. Add yoghurt, top with berries and fruit and enjoy!
