1/4 cup | Coconut flakes, unsweetened |
2 tbsp | Coconut oil |
3 tbsp | Flaxseed meal (ground) (optional) |
1. Add all ingredients in a food processor or blender
2. Blend for 3-5 minutes until dough is smooth
3. Lightly coat hands with coconut oil
4. Take bite sized pieces and roll them between your palms
5. Roll each ball in a coating of coconut flakes, cocoa powder, green tea matcha or anything else you like!
