Ingredients
1 cup

Coconut oil
|
1 cup

Cocoa powder, unsweetened
|
1 tbsp
|
Honey, raw
(or to taste)
|
1 tbsp
|
Vanilla extract, pure
|
Instructions
Blend together the coconut oil and cocoa powder until smooth. Stir in vanilla and honey.
Spoon into a small baking sheet and smooth.
Freeze for 4 hours.
Thaw for 10 minutes then cut into squares.
Notes:
Make this recipe your own by adding fruits, nuts, seeds, nut butters or add 1 tsp of (food grade) mint essential oil before blending.
