Ingredients

Green cabbage
1/2 whole lemon(s)
Lemon juice
1 tsp
Salt
1/2 cup
Mayonnaise
1 gm
Fennel seed
(optional)
1 dash
Black pepper
1 tbsp
Dijon mustard
Instructions
1 Remove the core and shred the cabbage using a food processor, mandolin or sharp cheese slicer.
2 Place the cabbage in a medium-sized bowl.
3 Add salt and lemon juice.
4 Stir and let sit for 10 minutes to let the cabbage wilt slightly. Discard any excess liquid.
