Ingredients


125 gm Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
2 tbsp Whey protein powder, isolate, unflavoured (cookies and cream)
1 tsp E.D Smith No Sugar Added Syrup
1 tbsp Cream cheese
150 gm Mixed berries
1 cookie(s) Cookies, arrowroot, Mr. Christie (OREO)

Instructions


  1. Mix non fat plain Greek yogurt and room temp cream cheese with 2 tablespoons cookies and cream protein powder.
  2. Add in syrup, crumble cookie on top
  3. Chill until ready to eat or eat right away. Dip is great for strawberries, but you could also just eat the whole thing with a spoon. It's THAT good!
