1 wrap raw tortilla/wrap, live, super green
1 tbsp Mayonnaise, with avocado oil
1/2 breast Turkey breast (shredded)
1 small Tomato (sliced)
1/2 cup Cottage cheese (2% M.F.)
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado (sliced)
5 ring Red onion

Instructions


  1. Lightly toast the raw tortilla.                                                                    
  2. Smear mayonnaise with avocado oil on each half and top with shredded turkey breast and tomato slices.                                                                    
  3. Spoon the cottage cheese on top of tomato.                                                                   
  4. Top  with avocado and a sprinkle of green onions and ground pepper.
  5. Roll and enjoy!
