1 tbsp Yoso Plain Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt (Can sub all-natural mayonnaise.)
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 pinch Salt
1 tbsp Cilantro (coriander) (Fresh, chopped. Can sub green onion)
171 gm Crab, blue (Lump crab meat, drained)
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado

Instructions


In a small bowl whisk together coconut yogurt (or mayonnaise), lemon juice, salt, and herbs until well combined. Gently stir in crab meat until coated. Mound crab salad over the avocado and serve.
