1 medium Frozen banana (or fresh banana)
1 cup Cranberries, frozen
1 medium Orange (peeled and quartered)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1/2 tsp Honey, raw (if desired)
