A simple and sweet homemade gift or a holiday treat. This Cranberry Pistachio White Chocolate Bark appeals to both the eyes and the tastebuds!
Ingredients

White chocolate, baking
1/3 cup
Cranberries
(dried)
1/3 cup
Pistachio nuts
(roughly chopped)
1/2 cup
Dark chocolate chips
(mini)
Instructions
Line a medium-sized baking sheet with parchment paper
Melt the white chocolate in a saucepan, over low heat, stirring frequently. You want it to be pourable, but not too thin. Do not overheat, as it will scorch and lose its bright white color!
Once melted,remove from heat and add half of the dried cranberries and pistachios. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it out.
Scatter the remaining cranberries, pistachios, and the mini dark chocolate chips onto the surface and gently press down so they stick to the chocolate.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 20-30 minutes, or until the chocolate has fully set.
To serve, remove the pan from the freezer, break the chocolate into pieces of "bark" and arrange it on your favorite serving platter!
