(can omit for non-creamy dressing)
Instructions
Combine the oil, vinegar, mustard, shallot, tahini, salt, and pepper in a glass jar with a lid. Shake vigorously until emulsified. Enjoy!
Notes:
Pro tips: Dressing keeps well in the fridge for up to 1 week. If the oil solidifies, briefly microwave or cook in pot on the stove on low until melted.
