Ingredients


1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 medium shallot(s) Shallots (minced)
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper (freshly ground)
2 tbsp Tahini (can omit for non-creamy dressing)

Instructions


  1. Combine the oil, vinegar, mustard, shallot, tahini, salt, and pepper in a glass jar with a lid. Shake vigorously until emulsified. Enjoy!

Notes:

Pro tips: Dressing keeps well in the fridge for up to 1 week. If the oil solidifies, briefly microwave or cook in pot on the stove on low until melted.
