Creamy Chicken Curry

Ingredients


908 gm Chicken Breast (cut into 1 inch cubes)
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1 large Yellow onion (chopped))
1 can(s) (16 oz) Tomato sauce, canned
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Garam masala
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Paprika
3/4 cup Heavy whipping cream, 38% M.F.
2 cup Basmati rice, dry (cooked, optional)
1 tbsp Cilantro (coriander) (garnish)

Instructions


  1. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium-low heat. Add the onions and slowly cook them until golden and caramelized, about 15 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and stir for about 1 minute. Add the garam masala, paprika and salt.
  3. Stir in the tomatoes sauce and the cream and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the chicken breast and simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and meat is no longer pink, about 15 minutes.
  5. Cook rice according to package instructions
  6. Serve curry chicken sauce over cooked rice and garnish with cilantro.
