Ingredients


1 medium Frozen banana
1 cup Brewed coffee
1 cup Partly skimmed milk, lactose free, 1% M.F. (or milk of choice)
3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free (or vanilla)
2 tbsp Oats, dry
1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. 
  2. Blend until smooth.
