Ingredients

Frozen banana
1 cup
Brewed coffee
1 cup
Partly skimmed milk, lactose free, 1% M.F.
(or milk of choice)
3/4 cup
Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
(or vanilla)
2 tbsp
Oats, dry
1/4 tsp
Cinnamon
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth.

Coffee too bitter or need a flavor boost? Try using hazelnut coffee, vanilla or chocolate-flavored plant-based milk, flavored protein powder (1/2 scoop), or vanilla-flavored yogurt.
