Drizzle this tangy, creamy dressing on your favourite salad or use it as a dip for your veggies.
Ingredients

Apple cider
1/4 tsp
Black pepper
1 clove(s)
Garlic
1 slice
Ginger root
(around 1/2 inch, peeled)
2 tbsp
Lemon juice
2 tbsp
Lime juice (fresh)
1/4 cup
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1/4 tsp
Sea Salt
2 tbsp
Tahini
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender (or food processor) and combine until smooth. Add more than 1 tbsp of water if needed until it reaches desired consistency.
Keep leftover dressing in a sealed container in the fridge. The dressing will thicken as it sits so you may want to add a bit more water the next time you use it.
