Ingredients


150 gm Brown rice pasta (or pasta of choice)
1 tbsp Coconut oil (for frying)
2 clove(s) Garlic
2 tsp minced Ginger root
1/2 tsp Cumin
1 head Broccoli, raw
2 tbsp Tahini
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 pinch Sea Salt (to taste)
4 tbsp Sesame seeds

Instructions


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and remove from heat.
  2. In the meantime, heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and cumin and fook for 1-2 minutes, tossing frequently to avoid burning. 
  3. Add the broccoli and just enough water to cover the bottom of the pan.
  4. In a small bowl, stir the tahini and sesame oil together to make the pasta sauce.
  5. Add the sauce broccoli, and sesame seeds to the drained pasta. Toss well to coat.
