1 large Banana (s) (sliced, for topping)
1/3 tsp Cardamom, ground
7 medium Carrots (grated)
1 tsp Cinnamon
383 gm Almond milk, unsweetened
8 date(s) Dates (pitted, chopped)
2 tsp Ginger, dried
1 tbsp Monk Fruit Extract
1 cup Steel cut oats, dry
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 1/2 cup Water

Instructions


Put everything but the vanilla, monk fruit, and toppings in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours.


Add the honey and vanilla, as well as some sliced bananas.


Serve and enjoy!
