5 leaves | Black kale (stalks removed, thinly sliced) |
1/3 cabbage | Napa cabbage, raw (thinly sliced) |
5 sprout | Brussels sprouts (thinly sliced) |
1 medium | Apple (matchstick slices) |
1/4 cup | Walnuts |
Slice up all the veg with a sharp knife or a food processor fitted with the slicing blade.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
Add apples and walnuts fresh before you serve.
Mixes very well with the Sunbutter Satay Sauce as a dressing.
You can also dress with olive oil, salt and vinegar
