Ingredients


6 tbsp Greek yogurt, vanilla, fat-free (or dairy-free yogurt of choice)
6 tbsp Frozen whipped topping (reduced-fat)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
2 medium Apple, red delicious (chopped)
1 large Apple, Granny Smith (chopped)
1/4 cup Cranberries, dried
2 tbsp Walnuts (chopped)
3/4 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions


  1. In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, whipped topping, and cinnamon. 
  2. Add apples and cranberries; toss to coat. 
  3. Refrigerate until serving. 
  4. Sprinkle with walnuts and remaining cinnamon before serving.

Notes:

Quick Tip:

To make vegan - replace the Greek yogurt and whipped topping with your favorite dairy-free option (coconut works great).
