Instructions


  1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, garlic, oil and vinegar in a mixing bowl. Let sit for 20 minutes.
  2. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Divide tomato mixture among 4 plates and top with crumbled feta and sliced avocado.
