1. Heat the coconut oil in a large pan. 2. Add the tilapia and sprinkle it with the curry powder. 3. As the tilapia cooks, use a spatula and use it to flake off the cooked pieces of fish, stirring continually to avoid burning any pieces. 4. Continue to cook until the tilapia is no longer translucent and some bits are crisp and golden brown. 5. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste and serve.
