Deli Meat Roll Ups Bento Lunch Box

Rolling sliced deli turkey, ham, or roast beef around cheese sticks, cream cheese, and even greens can change the way your kiddos think about lunch meat.

Ingredients


4 slice Turkey, deli cut
1/3 cup Baby spinach (chopped and divided)
2 slice Mozzarella cheese, partially skimmed
1 medium Apple (sliced)
1 dash Cinnamon
10 twist Mini pretzels, unsalted
1/2 cup slices Red bell pepper (sliced lengthwise)
2 tbsp Hummus

Instructions


1. To make 1 the deli roll-ups, take 2 slices of the turkey and place divided spinach in the center of the meat. Place 1 slice of cheese on top and roll up the deli with the cheese and spinach in the center. Place deli roll-ups in your favorite bento lunch box. 

2. Add the celery sticks and pretzels to the lunch box

3. Sprinkle the cinnamon onto the apple slices and add to the lunch box.
