This salad contains enough satisfying ingredients to fill you up at lunch or dinner and can be customized to accommodate all dietary needs and preferences.
Ingredients

Lettuce, romaine
(chopped)
1 large egg
Egg, hard boiled
(chopped or sliced)
1 slice
Turkey breast, nitrate free, oven roasted
1/2 cup
Broccoli, raw
(chopped)
1/4 cucumber(s)
Cucumber
(chopped)
1/4 avocado(s)
Avocado
(diced)
1/4 cup
Black olives
1/4 cup
Chickpeas, canned, drained
(rinsed)
Instructions
Place Romaine lettuce on a plate, or in a shallow bowl.
Top the Romain lettuce with eggs, turkey breast, broccoli, cucumber, avocado, black olives, and chickpeas.
Drizzle with your favorite salad dressing and enjoy!
Notes:
Tips:
Can substitute the Romain lettuce for other leafy greens of choice (spinach, kale, collard greens, cabbage, watercress, swiss chard).
Can swap out the turkey for another meat of choice, such as leftover turkey breast or ham from the night before.
To make the salad vegetarian or vegan-friendly, switch out the turkey and egg for baked tofu, edamame, or more chickpeas
Love cheese? Substitute the olives and/or avocado with cheese of choice, or just add it in for a hardier salad.
