1. To Boil Eggs:
2. Remove the cooked yolks from the hard boiled eggs into a bowl.
3. Cut the avocado in half, remove pit and scoop out avocado, add the avocado to the bowl next.
4. Then add the remaining ingredients and mash together well with a fork.
5. Add the mixture to the egg halves
6. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
