1 scoop | Fermented protein powder, vanilla (I use Genuine Health Vegan Fermented Protein+) |
1 tbsp | Cacao powder, raw |
3 gm | Chaga Tea (ground) (I use a Four Sigmatic Chaga Elixir sachet - OPTIONAL) |
1/2 tsp | Maca powder (OPTIONAL) |
1 tsp | Maple syrup, pure (more or less) |
1 tbsp | Cacao nibs, raw (TOPPING) |
1 tbsp | Walnuts (TOPPPING) |
1 tsp | Cinnamon (TOPPING) |
In a high speed blender, add all the smoothie ingredients (excluding the toppings).
Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a tablespoon of water at a time if the mixture is too thick.
Pour into a bowl and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon, drizzle of maple syrup, walnuts and cacao nibs.
