3 spray (about 1/3 second) | Olive oil cooking spray |
1/4 cup | Coconut oil (melted) |
1/2 cup | Applesauce, unsweetened |
1/3 cup | Maple syrup, pure |
1/4 cup | Coconut milk, reduced fat |
1/2 cup | Coconut flour |
1/4 cup | Wheat flour, whole wheat |
1/2 cup | Cocoa powder, unsweetened |
1/4 cup | Semisweet chocolate chips (or slivered almonds, raisins) |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly coat baking sheet with spray and set aside.
Combine coconut oil, applesauce, maple syrup and coconut milk. Set aside.
Combine coconut flour, whole wheat flour and cocoa powder in a small bowl, mix well.
Add flour mixture to applesauce mixture, mix until well blended.
Add chocolate chips, mix until blended.
Drop by heaping Tbsp onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes.
