2 medium potato Sweet potato (peeled and sliced into strips)
1 tbsp Avocado oil (or coconut oil; any oil that can withstand high heat cooking works)
1 tsp Chili powder (optional)
1/2 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
1 pinch Sea Salt (to taste)

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Place chopped sweet potatoes into a large bowl and toss with garlic and chili powder.
  3. Divide sweet potatoes fries among two cookie sheets, making sure to leave a lot of space between each fry.
  4. Bake at 450 for 23-25 minutes, turning halfway.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!

Notes:

Feel free to play around with spices (or skip them!) in this recipe. 

Keep it simple with salt, pepper and toss with oil. Dry roast plain until the ends are lightly charred with al natural. Cinnamon and sea salt. Italian herb blend, whatever your heart desires!
