Ingredients


1 avocado(s) Avocado
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Tomato
1 medium slice Bacon (cooked)
1 dash Salt and pepper
1 tsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

Instructions


  1. Cut open the avocado and remove the pit. Place on plate.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Mash with a fork, just enough so that it's easy to spoon out when you're ready to eat.
  4. Top with tomato, diced cooked bacon, salt and pepper.
  5. Drzzle with olive oil.
  6. Eat with a spoon!


A sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top would also be good. You could also substitute ground beef or other cooked meat in place of the bacon.
