This is more of an assembly than a recipe.

Instructions
- Cut open the avocado and remove the pit. Place on plate.
- Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Mash with a fork, just enough so that it's easy to spoon out when you're ready to eat.
- Top with tomato, diced cooked bacon, salt and pepper.
- Drzzle with olive oil.
- Eat with a spoon!
A sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top would also be good. You could also substitute ground beef or other cooked meat in place of the bacon.
