850 gm | Grass-fed beef (ground) |
2 tbsp | Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret |
1 tbsp | Cumin |
1 tbsp | Coriander, ground |
2 tbsp chopped | Yellow onion (finely diced or use "get snacked" sweet chili sauce) |
4 clove(s) | Garlic (to 6 crushed) |
1 tbsp | Ghee |
Heat a frying pan on medium heat and add some butter or ghee. If you're not adding in the sweet chilli sauce, you’ll need to sauté the onion until golden brown and cooked.
Add the cooked onion or sweet chilli sauce, mince, garlic, spices and tamari or coconut aminos into a mixing bowl and combine evenly.
Roll the mixture into roughly 26 meatballs and begin frying them off in the frying pan until golden brown and fully cooked through. I cooked them in two batches.
Serve with my Gut Healing Gravy (recipe is on pg. 51 in my eBook GET SNACKED), veggie puree or cauliflower puree or steamed or roasted veggies.
