1 1/2 cup | Black beans, canned |
2 tbsp | Cocoa powder, unsweetened |
1/2 cup | Quick oats |
1/3 cup | Maple syrup |
1/4 cup | Coconut oil |
2 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
1/2 tsp | Baking powder |
1/3 cup | Semisweet chocolate chips (Add more to taste) |
Preheat oven to 350F
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor
Blend until completely smooth
Stir in the chocolate chips
Then pour into a greased 8x8 pan
Sprinkle extra chocolate chips over the top.
Cook the brownies in the oven for 15-18 minutes
Let cool for at leased 10 minutes before trying to cut
If they still seem a bit undercooked, place in the fridge overnight and they will still firm up!
