1 tbsp | Red wine vinegar |
1/4 tsp | Mustard powder |
2 tbsp | Olive Oil, Extra Virgin |
1/2 tsp | Salt |
1/2 tsp | Black pepper |
1/2 tsp | Oregano, dried |
In a medium bowl, combine feta, yogurt, dill, vinegar and mustard powder. Pour in the olive oil and whisk until it is thoroughly incorporated. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
