1 medium Apple without skin
1 medium Carrots (peeled)
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
1 tsp Matcha, green tea powder
1/2 bunch Parsley, fresh (a handful of it)
1/2 tsp minced Ginger root
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Lemon peel (zest) (optional)
1 cup Water, filtered (warm - boiling water, depending on what your blender can take)

Instructions


Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until everything is combined into a nice smoothie.

Enjoy while the smoothie is warm.
