Flourless Sweet Potato Brownies ( Wh30, DF, V, GF)

Ingredients


1 cup Sweet potato (mashed)
1/2 cup Almond butter
3 tbsp Maple syrup, pure (or if following Whole 30 soak 2 dates in 3 tablespoons of hot water for 10 minutes & blend until smooth)
1/4 cup Cacao powder, raw
1/4 cup Cacao Chips, unsweetened, Pascha 100% (optional; or cacao nibs)

Instructions


  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a large bowl add the mashed sweet potato, room temperature nut butter and maple syrup (or date mixture), and cacoa powder and mix well.
  3. If you like add some chocolate chips or coconut flakes -optional
  4. Pour mixture into greased pan or mold and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before taking out of the mold or pan.

 

Store them in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
