These can be made on the stove top or the air fryer. Great freezable meal for simple morning breakfast

Ingredients


3 large Egg
1/2 cup Whole milk 3.3% (Organic Whole Milk Or Simply Almond)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
8 slice Whole wheat bread (see bread machine recipe)

Instructions


Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a large shallow bowl. Cut each slice into 1/4 pieces for sticks, or dip each whole piece of bread into the egg mixture and coat both sides. Place the french toast sticks in the air fryer and cook at 375 degrees for 5-6 min or until golden brown. Dust with organic powdered sugar and serve with warm maple or agave syrup


Stove Top: Same instructions as above; however, you will use a small skillet on medium heat and cook each side for 1 to t min or until golden brown
