2 slice | Rye bread (Dempsters is a great choice) |
2 medium | Egg |
1/2 tsp | Cinnamon |
1/2 cup halves | Strawberries |
1 tbsp | E.D Smith No Sugar Added Syrup |
1. Whisk eggs together with cinnamon.
2. Place bread into egg mixture, soaking both sides.
3. Place two slices of toast in a med-high frying pan and cook on each side for about 4 mins
4. Serve and drizzle with NO SUGAR maple syrup with berries/fruit on the side.
