1 plantain(s) Plantain, green, raw (large, ripe, brown)
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1/4 tsp Sea Salt (to taste)
1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions


  1. Using a knife, peel the plantain and cut it into thick slices. 
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet and add the plantains, cooking 2-3 minutes per side or until caramelized.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sea salt before serving. Enjoy!
  4. These can be reheated easily or made each day.
