Ingredients
3/4 cup

Quinoa, uncooked

2 cup slices

Strawberries
|
2 cup

Blueberries
|
1 cup pitted
|
Sweet cherry, raw
(sliced)

1 pinch

Instructions
- Cook quinoa according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, slice strawberries and cherries and place them in a large bowl along with blueberries. stir in chopped almonds.
- Fluff the cooked quinoa with a fork and add to a large bowl with fruit. Combine. Pour on approved dressing if desired and mix well.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until serving time.
