2 cup Basmati rice, dry (rinsed)
2 tbsp Butter, grass fed, unsalted
8 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
1 tbsp Dill, fresh (chopped, or 1/2 tbsp dried)

Instructions


Cook rice in a rice cooker or pot according to instructions

Once the rice is finished cooking, heat a large pan on medium heat with butter

Once the pan is warm, add the minced garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes

Add the rice to the pan and stir well. Saute for another 2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and dill and remove from heat.
