2 cup | Basmati rice, dry (rinsed) |
2 tbsp | Butter, grass fed, unsalted |
8 clove(s) | Garlic (minced) |
1 tsp | Himalayan sea salt |
1 tbsp | Dill, fresh (chopped, or 1/2 tbsp dried) |
Cook rice in a rice cooker or pot according to instructions
Once the rice is finished cooking, heat a large pan on medium heat with butter
Once the pan is warm, add the minced garlic. Saute for 1-2 minutes
Add the rice to the pan and stir well. Saute for another 2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and dill and remove from heat.
