1 cup | Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill |
2 tbsp | Flaxseed meal (ground) |
2 tbsp hulled | Hemp seeds, shelled |
1 tsp | Sea Salt |
1 dash | Black pepper |
2 tbsp | Avocado oil |
1 tsp | Caraway seed |
Mix all ingredients into a large bowl and roll into a dough. Pat dough flat onto a baking dish lined with parchment paper and cook at 350 for 30 minutes. Cut into small squares while the cracker is still soft and warm out of the oven, and then allow to cool once separate.
