1 1/2 tbsp | Rice vinegar |
1/3 cup slices | Water chestnuts, canned |
1 cup | Brussels sprouts (Quartered) |
1. Mix together coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar in a jar. Put on lid and shake until well combined. Set aside.
2. Add coconut oil to large frying pan and place over medium heat. Add beef, onion, and brussel sprouts. Cook for 3-5 minutes until beef is cooked rare.
3. Add in celery, bok choy, asparagus, and water chestnuts. Cook for another 5 minutes. Pour in sauce from jar and stir to mix. Once everything is combined, turn off heat.
4. Plate stir fry and garnish with sesame seeds and hot sauce, if desired.
