The ginger adds a lovely zing, and the coconut oil helps you feel fuller for longer (and helps stop those sweet cravings).

Ingredients


75 gm Coconut butter (softened)
75 gm Coconut oil (softened)
25 gm Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1 tsp Swerve Sweetener, granular (or any other sweetener of choice)
1 tsp Ginger, ground (powder)

Instructions


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a pouring jug until the sweetener is dissolved.
  2. Pour into silicon moulds or ice block trays and refrigerate for minimum 10 minutes.
