3 tbsp Goji berries, dried (soaked in 1/2 water)
3/4 cup Water (filtered)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice (as desired)
1 dash Turmeric, ground
1 cup Coconut milk, reduced fat (or full fat)
2 tsp Honey, raw

Instructions


Soak goji berries for 30 minutes.

Heat coconut milk on the stovetop until warm.

Place soaked goji berries, hot water, vanilla and spices into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds.

Add coconut milk to the blended berry mixture and blend for 1 minute on high.

Add raw honey at the end to preserve health benefits and blend for a few seconds to mix.

Pour into 2 mugs and enjoy!
