1 cup | Almond milk, unsweetened |
3 tbsp | Chia seeds |
1 1/2 tsp | Acai berries (or acai powder) |
1/4 cup | Golden berries |
1 tbsp | Agave nectar (syrup) |
1 tbsp | Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt |
1. Mix the chia seeds, milk and agave syrup into a jar. Stir everything together well and put lid on top.
2. Place the pudding in the fridge overnight (or for 6-8 hours).
3. The chia seeds will expand to form a jelly-like consistency and the liquid should be fully absorbed.
4. Add a dollop of coconut yogurt, some freshly chopped golden berries and the berries for a breakfast packed with nutrients!
