1 slice | Bread, sprouted, whole grain, Ezekiel 4:9 (toasted) |

1 1/2 cup | Baby spinach |
1 tbsp | Tahini |
1/2 tsp | Herbes de provence |
1 tbsp | Avocado (smashed) |
1. Fry the egg on a non-stick pan in butter to desired doneness.
2. On the Ezekiel sprouted bread, smear on tahini.
Add avocado and smash with fork.
Top with baby spinach.
3. Finish with fried egg on top and sprinkle with Herbes de Provence.
4. Sprinkle egg with sea salt.
