1/2 cup, shredded | Cheddar cheese |
1/2 tsp | Salt |
1/2 tsp | Baking soda |
1 1/4 cup | Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill |
1 medium | Egg |
1 1/2 tsp | Coconut oil |
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place almond flour, cheese, salt, baking soda in food processor and pulse until combined.
Add in egg and oil and pulse until ball forms.
Using parchment paper, press dough flat onto baking sheet.
Cut your dough into squares.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
