3 cup | Walnuts (Activated - i.e. soaked, sprouted + dehydrated) |
3 cup | Cashew nuts, raw (Activated - i.e. soaked, sprouted + dehydrated) |
85 gm | MCT oil (for nuts) |
1/4 cup | Maca powder (for nuts) |
1 cup | Coconut, shredded, unsweetened |
2 tbsp | Matcha, green tea powder (for coconut) |
1 1/2 cup | Blueberries, dried, unsweetened (AND/OR unsweetened dried cranberries or aronia berries) |
1 cup | Cacao nibs, raw |
1. Soak nuts in alkaline filtered water for around 7 hours (preferably, if you can soak them separately, cashew nuts takes around 6 hours of soaking, while walnuts take 7-8 hours - but to make life easier, I usually do both combined for around 7 hours). Rinse well.
2. Mix rinsed nuts with MCT oil + maca powder and dehydrate for 12-24 hours (on lowest heat in oven, 150 degrees Fahrenheit, until completely dry).
3. Mix coconut with matcha powder until combined and it's all green!
4 .Combine prepared nuts and coconut with dried berries and cacao nibs.
